Educación Continua CPA Panamá processes the personal data of Certified Public Accountants in accordance with Ley 81 de 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama.

The national directory exposes professional contact data of CPAs. The publication of your profile in the directory is optional and requires your express consent. You may revoke that consent at any time from your dashboard.

Data we process

  • Registry data: name, license number, email and province.
  • Declarations and certificates issued, with date, time and IP.
  • Consents granted and their version of the legal text.

Advertising and analytics

The portal may display advertising banners. When they are viewed or clicked we record technical data —IP address, browser (user-agent), source page and campaign parameters (UTM)— in order to measure impressions and clicks. This data is not used to personally identify you and is handled in accordance with Ley 81 de 2019.
