How do I access for the first time?
The Commission pre-loads the CPA registry. Use the «Register» option with your license number and registered email. You will receive a link to set your password.
Do I need to upload documents?
No. The process is a self-declaration. You check two confirmations and receive your certificate. Evidence is only requested in case of an audit, and is sent by email to the Commission.
What is the legal value of the declaration?
When you declare, the date, time and IP are recorded along with the accepted legal text. This constitutes the signature of your declaration.
How is my certificate verified?
Each certificate has a code and a QR. Anyone can verify its status on the public verification page, without needing to sign in.
What happens if I am audited?
You will receive an email from the Commission indicating the deadline (6 months) to send your evidence to the indicated email. If you do not respond, your license could be revoked.
